A closer look at the dismembered gas stove, showing the 3/16” pipe coming from the regulator (the dome-shaped thing the gas canister locks into on the upper right) and connected to the compression fitting/elbow joint and on to the 1/8” pipe for the accumulator.
We didn’t use any PTFE tape or tighten anything up quite hard enough, so it was all leaky. The quick-and-dirty way you tell is by running the pilot light over the joins. If it flares up, there’s gas leaking out :-).
